Part of our commitment to helping you succeed is helping you collect on outstanding debt. Our fee is a percentage of the amount recovered. For roughly the same cost as a debt collector, you can have a lawyer take the debtor to court to recover what you are owed. We also have a unique program that gives you the ability to recover a portion of our legal fees from the debtor.

Litigation is emotional and technical. Trust Munroe & Company to guide you through the litigation process and resolve your dispute.
We act for clients in all levels of court including the Court of Appeal. Our practice areas include:

Motor Vehicle Accident and Personal Injury
If you have been injured in an accident, we protect your legal rights so you can focus on recovering. We deal with ICBC and other insurers to negotiate a fair settlement of your claim. If a fair settlement isn't possible, we will go to court to obtain the compensation to which you are entitled.
Appeals
We are appellate counsel in the Court of Appeal. We also represent clients in the Supreme Court of British Columbia on Small Claims Court and other administrative appeals.
Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Representation Agreements
Properly prepared estate documents can make the difference when you are no longer able to speak for yourself. Our Personal Estate Planning information page provides helpful information to get you started on the path to protecting your assets and interests.

Our conveyancing department arranges for the seamless purchase or sale of property. Our paperless conveyancing process simplifies the process allowing us to meet tight deadlines and keep your property deal on track.
